SEC Energy Products and Services (SEC), a gas compressor packaging and service company, has named Carol Conomos as president.
Conomos comes to SEC from Sunoco Logistics, where she served as director, refined products. She spent much of her career at Dresser-Rand, A Siemens Business, where her most recent role was director of the high speed reciprocating compressor business unit. In that role, she led the global strategic business unit through a growth and turnaround initiative. Prior to Dresser-Rand, she built and managed the engineering team at CMS Field Services. She also served as a Regional Sales Manager at Miratech Corp.
Conomos is a graduate of The University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering and Technology Management. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Oklahoma.
Founded in 2003, SEC designs and fabricates gas, electric, and dual drive compression equipment from 50 to 8000 hp (37 to 5968 kW). SEC also provides engineering services, from package design to full turnkey solutions; over-haul revamp facilities; truck-based service technicians; manufacturer’s parts; and power generation equipment.
