Capstone Turbine Corp., a manufacturer of microturbine energy systems, has secured a follow-on order for a C1000 Signature Series microturbine to power an unmanned gas compression station located in the US Midwest. Capstone distributor Horizon Power System secured the order.
The natural gas-fueled C1000S microturbine will operate 24/7 and deliver prime power to critical equipment at the remote site.
